Patron FAQ

Patron: One that supports, protects, or champions someone or something, such as an institution, event, or cause; a sponsor or benefactor.

TRIPFAST.jp is run by a single individual artist. By volunteering a monthly contribution on Patreon, you directly support, protect, and champion my creative vision and aspirations in a tangible and impactful way.

The formal practice of patronage has its roots in the middle and renaissance ages, where influential and wealthy people would support artists in exchange for work. They would provide artists with residence, money, and other benefits so that the artists could spend the time needed to paint and sculpt their masterpieces - works we still revere today that would not have been possible without the belief and support of those with resources.

Leonardo da Vinci is known to have had many patrons throughout his life, with some of his most famous and influential works being work for his patrons. Indeed, even the Mona Lisa itself is the result of a wealthy patron's commission.

Patron Benefits

Because I can't do this without your support, I strive to meet your contribution with equal and greater value. Paid tiers of Patreon supporters receive the following exclusive benefits:

    Monthly Vouchers

    Every month, paid supporters receive a stackable voucher equivalent to their level of support. Vouchers are single-use, do not expire, and may be shared with friends if you like. You may use up to 5 vouchers per order.

    As an example, a tier 604 supporter would receive a $6.04 voucher monthly. After 4 months of support, that supporter would have $24.16 in vouchers that could be applied to their next order.

    Early Access

    Receive early access before everyone else and get in before your favorites are gone! You'll receive a password to access the web store hours before general admission - peruse the shop without the worry.

    If you've been following my work for a while, you know that our releases can sell out quickly. As a Patron, you never have to fear missing out on a new design or a popular classic.

    Exclusive Designs & Colorways

    Paid Patreon supporters will periodically have access to exclusive designs and colorways, including unique variants of our most popular layered designs.

    Patron-Only Giveaways

    Maximize your luck! Patron-exclusive giveaways involve a much smaller number of participants, which means you have a much higher chance of winning. Giveaways are generally held on Patreon at the same time as our open entry giveaways on Instagram.
